The next stage of the business park is being marketed preliminarily. The building offers business premises for up to 450 employees.
Rentable Premises
Portaali can be divided into several different independent office units with variable sizes. The aim of the building’s interior solutions is to create an interactive and people-oriented work environment that promotes creative thinking.
Each floor has 1300 m² of adaptable and flexible office space with a minimal amount of restricting fixed structures and installations. The premises can be easily divided into offices, cubicles, meeting and archive rooms and open work space.
Portaali’s high lobby area is the building’s active heart whose lower level acts as a multi-function market area. The joint meeting and restaurant areas are concentrated near the ground floor lobby. The lift, stairs and bridge linking the office premises act as internal information highways. The building has been designed by architects Jussi Murole and Daniel Bruun of BM Architects.
The office premises can be divided according to companies’ needs from an area of 150 m² up to an entire floor of 1 300 m².
