A new, modern district is being built in Arabianranta in Helsinki where residents, companies and students will be able to network using the latest technology. Arabianrannan Portaali Business Park is formed of six office buildings totalling 70 000 m² of floor space and providing a workplace for 4 000 persons. Cromo, the first stage of Portaali, was finished in March 2002.

The Portaali Business Park project is carried out by Oy Alfred A. Palmberg Ab, Skanska Talonrakennus Oy and Wärtsilä Oyj. The Cromo building is owned by the Soneran Eläkesäätiö.
